These terms are between you and Arch Works. By using archworksmarketing.com you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Arch Works provides marketing services for dental practices, including website development, funnel development, search engine optimization, generative engine optimization, Local Services Ads, Google Ads management and Facebook Ads management.

The specific scope, fees and terms of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between us. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract.

Pricing published on this site is current at the time of publication and is subject to change.

Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms. We do not collect it and we do not mark it up.

Guarantee terms are published on our pricing page. Those conditions, as published there, form part of any engagement in which the guarantee is offered.

The content on this site, the measurement standard we publish, the interactive tools and the ARCH WORKS brand are ours.

Client materials remain the client's. Clients own their advertising accounts, which is a commercial position we state openly elsewhere on this site and honor in practice.

The calculators and models on this site use published industry benchmark rates together with the inputs a visitor enters. They are estimates for planning purposes. They are not a projection, a prediction or a guarantee of results, and no outcome is promised by any figure they produce.

This site links to third party sites and our services depend on third party advertising platforms. We are not responsible for the content of those sites, and we are not responsible for platform policy changes those companies make.

This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that any result described anywhere on it is typical or guaranteed.

Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including the practice's own intake, its clinical and scheduling capacity, and market conditions. We say that plainly throughout the site and we mean it here too.

To the extent permitted by law, Arch Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Arch Works harmless from claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of this site, your breach of these terms, or content or materials you provide to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the last updated date at the top of this page.
