The interactive tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Answers you enter into the calculators and the readiness scorecard are not transmitted to us and are not stored by us.

3.How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries you send us

How consent is obtained: through an optional, unchecked checkbox on our forms, or by a written or verbal request from a client.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out, and reply HELP for assistance.

The full text messaging terms are published in the SMS and text messaging terms section of our Terms of Service.

5.How we share information

Service providers and subcontractors who support our operations under contract, including hosting, CRM, analytics, advertising platforms and communications providers, and only to the extent needed for them to perform those functions.

Legal compliance, and to protect our rights, our clients or the safety of others where the law permits or requires it.

Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile information or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6.Advertising and analytics

We use advertising and analytics platforms, including Google and Meta, to run campaigns and to measure what those campaigns produce. Identifiers may be shared with those platforms in hashed form so that conversions can be measured.

We do not transmit health information to advertising platforms. Lead data from a full arch inquiry is treated with elevated care, which is the same standard described on our method page. What goes back to a platform is the fact of an outcome, not a patient's clinical detail.
