What is actually holding your implant volume back?
Fourteen questions. A SWOT of your practice, a verdict, and the three things we would fix first, ranked by impact. This is built from your answers, not from a scan of your site. A real audit of your listings, reviews and site is something we do by hand before a proposal.

How this works.
The practice SWOT turns fourteen answers about your own practice into strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and three ranked fixes.
The output is derived only from the visitor's own answers. This is built from your answers, not from a scan of your site. A real audit of your listings, reviews and site is something we do by hand before a proposal. The result is not gated and no email is required to see it.

The four quadrants
- Strengths. What your answers say is already working in your favor.
- Weaknesses. Where your answers show cases leaking out of your own process.
- Opportunities. Volume you could reach from where you stand, without new clinical capacity.
- Threats. Pressure from the market around you that your answers leave you exposed to.
Each quadrant shows between 3 and 6 lines. When the answers produce fewer than 3, the quadrant is completed with lines that hold true for essentially every full arch practice.
How the fixes are ranked
Speed to lead and coordinator close rate carry the most weight, because they are the two largest documented swings in the whole chain. Then financing lender count, then attribution, then listings consistency, then Local Services Ads, then reactivation. The three heaviest problems your answers reveal are shown, in that order.
- 100Leads wait too long for a human to respond.
- 95Nobody trained owns the fee conversation.
- 90Phones go unanswered for most of the week.
- 75Too few lenders, so declines end cases at the chair.
- 70Implant leads are not qualified before booking.
- 60Closed cases cannot be traced to the ad that produced them.
- 50Practice details are not consistent everywhere online.
- 40The top position on the results page is unclaimed.
- 30Past consults who never started are left alone.
How the verdict is chosen
Not placing full arch selects the clinical verdict. Otherwise, strong clinical answers with intake under half its possible points select the marketing verdict; case closing under half selects the fee verdict; an overall score of seventy percent or more selects the coverage verdict; anything else selects the connection verdict.
